Handle 'flathub beta' or more generally different branches

I have an app installed from flathub (stable branch) and the same from beta (beta branch). It seem the permission I set in Flatseal only apply to stable, and beta is ignored.

Two possible options:

• apply the same permissions to both
• have two entries and you can set each version's permissions separately.

@hfiguiere do you mind giving me a real example I can use to reproduce this? e.g. flatpak install this and that...
