Topic size missing when using Confluent Cloud Cluster

Hello, We have found out that when using Confluent Cloud Kafka cluster, the topic size information is missing. We have reached out to Confluent support, here is their answe:

"Hello Emmanuel,

Thank you for your patience as we looked into this further.

After checking further internally, the logdir APIs (such as describeLogDirs) cannot be used against Confluent Cloud clusters, and will return a ClusterAuthorizationException when used. I will be looking into how this can be included in our documentation.

With that, an alternative is to follow How to get topic storage size from Confluent Cloud Cluster, which makes use of the Metrics API.

If you’d like, I can also create a feedback item on your behalf, so that this functionality could be considered for the future. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out."

I think, we could add back this feature into akhq by reaching the metric API. I am happy to try and open a PR about this (early next year), what do you think @tchiotludo ?
