Multi sport activities are not totally supported

Describe the bug A multisport activity is found, but only the first activity is downloaded. For example, I did a triathlon on sunday (am I flexing on GH?), and in GarminDB only the first (swimming) is synchronized.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do a triathlon (or any multisport activity I guess) and record it on your garmin watch
2. Finish it (on your watch, not necessarly in real life)
3. Sync GarminDB
4. See only the first activity

Expected behavior See all the activities from the multisport activity (not necessarly as one, but at least as independent activities)

I'm happy to check if I can help / make a PR, just maybe if someone could put me in the right direction :)

I don't do multiply sport activities so I have no idea how they are setup. Is it one FIT file? If so, do you have an example fit file?

from what I see on garmin connect I can either download one file per activity and transition, or one file for the whole multisport (the one I sent is the multisport)
