Can we start researching on how to register 'forDem' as a trademark? Resources: https://register.dpma.de/DPMAregister/marke/basis

Is that necessary? How likely is it, that someone with similar ambitions copies the name? Or would the realistic risk be, that someone registers the name and then forbids us to use it?

The latter scares me a bit. That's it. I do not care about the former.

I think this is not really important at this point. The name is not at really high risk I think and most importantly: It takes financial resources away from the product development. Registering trademarks is a very long and expensive process.
