Notification System

Ah this is heavy headed

  • [ ] will need a strapi schema
  • [ ] we will probably make a different page where we should all the notifications.
  • [ ] Also will need to setup push notifications. Can be really helpful for students but only with push notifications features.
  • [ ] An intuitive UI to ask permission again those who denied.
