Missing DNS over HTTPS support (dnsdist)

The following error arises when trying to use DoH:

Fatal Lua error: [string "chunk"]:16: Caught exception: addDOHLocal() called but DNS over HTTPS support is not present!

Probably related to this line: https://github.com/tcely/dockerhub-powerdns/blob/master/dnsdist/Dockerfile#L25

The following features are present on the Arch AUR build:

dnsdist --version
dnsdist 1.7.0 (Lua 5.1.4 [LuaJIT 2.1.0-beta3])
Enabled features: cdb dns-over-tls(gnutls openssl) dns-over-https(DOH) dnscrypt ebpf fstrm ipcipher libsodium lmdb outgoing-dns-over-https(nghttp2) protobuf re2 recvmmsg/sendmmsg snmp systems
