BASIC authentication

This is basically a feature request: I'd prefer to use BASIC authentication as opposed to form based authentication. My itch is that I want to send the URL to myself over XMPP, and simply open that link in a browser. (It would redirect and embed user/pass in the URL to bitcoin-js-remote and then the original link sent over XMPP becomes invalid.)
