Add tests for ShadowRealms

Realms achieved Stage 3 at TC39 this week!

@rwaldron and I are both working on authoring the tests for Realms. We are registering the action here to avoid eventual conflict if anyone else is also interested in the respective tests.

A big chunk of coverage has been resolved at #3046 but there is a few parts I want to cover but I also don't want to block if anyone wants to add more tests.
