The minus operator

Hey folks!

I've proposed the minus operator as an enhancement for the spread operator on TS39 Discourse. I was suggested to raise this proposal here, as there seemed to be a use case for Records and Tuples, and you might want to champion it.

That would actually apply more to Deep Path Properties in Record Literals. I am going to move this issue over there.
