Structured Headers don't support CRLF line terminators

If the spec text contains CRLF in a structured header, ecmarkup reports an expected parameter name warning for any parameters. Changing all CRLF characters to LF makes the warning go away, however not supporting CRLF is problematic for Windows users.

Just came across this one myself, would have been stuck had I not been able to find this issue in the search - never would have thought it was a line feed problem. Definitely adds friction for Windows users.
