Put full grammar in the biblio

We have some checks which rely on knowing RHSes, but the biblio only includes the names of productions. In the exported biblio (but no the web one), we should put some representation of the actual RHSes (possibly just a list of strings, and rely on the consumer to run grammarkdown themselves).
