I'm open to accept a PR which adds an optional label including the workflow file name.

This should be resolved with the release of v4.0.0, if something is missing or not working please raise an issue. The release should pop up in a few minutes.

So far I don't have an example dashboard, but it would make sense to upload one to grafana and link to it from the docs.

I'm fine with a patch that changes it, maybe including some kind of configuration to enable/disable that behavior.

Feel free to open a pull request. If not i will try to reproduce, fix it and write a spec for that.

IMHO we got two options to handle this breaking change: 1) Allow both fields, being it full_name and first/last name 2) Drop full_name and add a note to the readme...

It could make sense to add an apprise integration, but IMHO it won't replace the whole alerting providers as not every user wants to maintain additional services for alerting.
