The time depends on the shape complexity and the settings; it's easy to push it to several seconds on my 3.5 GHz i7-4770K with certain settings on the jscut logo....

#18 #21 replaced Get with FileSaver.js on Save Settings. This is known to not work in Safari.

It normally doesn't do that. Can you post a test case? Save Settings -> Gist then post the link here.
