PTWEPIDQC.plot_analyzed_image() failing with "AttributeError: 'Rectangle' object has no property 'rotation_point'"

Updating matplotlib to something above 3.5 and below 3.10 (because of the change to numpy 2 which happend somewhere inbetween) fixed the error . I am now on matplotlib 3.8.2....
