Vibration not working

There is sound but no vibrations with this setting:

It might be because my Android notifications settings are configured like that, but I don't want to enable vibrations for all my notifications (I don't care about them, most are not time-sensitive). Floating Timer is the only app I want to make the phone vibrate:

Edit: No it's not due to my notification settings because I have the same issue when I enable notification vibrations (which is confirmed because notifications from random apps make my phone vibrate now):

Edit 2: Ok it seems to work if I put Media vibration to the maximum. Not sure what the side effects are, and in particular if other apps will cause undesired vibrations:
