F-Droid Version Has No Billing Installed

I tried to change the color of the "halo" wheel but it couldn't be bought as there is no billing in the F-Droid version; which should be the case. So if you are not going to do this, will you make a Pro version available as the F-Droid version or just not let us change the wheel color? Or make the Pro version only available on Google Play version? Thanks
