openTBS for PHP 8.2

It's now available according to https://github.com/Skrol29/opentbs/issues/30. This should negate the need to 'hack' it for use in Jethro. I don't know if there is backward compatibility to PHP 5.x but I would expect it would be so.

Just tried it on my system tbs.class is ok but opentbs still has errors. I have reported this to the developer.
