Easily send imessage/sms to whole family

When viewing an individual person I can click on their mobile number and either compose an SMS within Jethro, or (on mac) click to write them a message in iMessage.

It would be good to be able to easily do this for families. When viewing a family there is an "email all" link. It'd be good to have a "SMS all" link, and on mac for it to have a "via iMessage" sub-option.

(Possibly both these options shoudl be for 'adults' only ?)
