Link from group to roster

Some groups serve as volunteer groups for roster roles, which are included in roster views. When viewing such a group, it would be handy to be able to click through to rosters which relate to it. Eg when viewing the "mowing volunteers" group, a link to the "maintenance" roster which includes the "mowing" role.
