Enhance groups chooser

When you have lots of groups in the system it becomes a bit unweildy to choose one from the dropdown menu eg when using 'add to group' on the view-person page. It would be valuable to enhance this group-choosing widget to somehow support a) expand by categories which are initially collapsed (choose a category, THEN see the list of groups within) b) search by name
