Custom SQL exports

Sometimes there's some tricky query that can't be performed by the Jethro UI, but a sysadmin knows how to write SQL that will get the needed results. It would be handy to be able to save this SQL somewhere (in a file, or perhaps the Jethro conf.file- NOT the Jethro UI, for security reasons) and for the results to be visible in Jethro (perhaps only to users with the highest permission level).

Eg if I save "diocese_report.sql" and "treasury_report.sql" to the file system, then in Jethro my "custom reports" page offers me "Diocese report" and "Treasury report" results, viewable as HTML and CSV.
