Bulk actions on reports overall

Currently, if I want to perform a bulk action (eg mail merge nametags) on every person shown in a certain report, I have to view that report, click the select-all checkbox, scroll to the bottom, and select my action. It would be nice if, when viewing the list of reports, I could activate a bulk action on the report as a whole, without having to view the report results.
