FR: interface tweaks for adding planned absences

When adding a planned absence (particularly in the control centre, but probably also in the members area) it would be handy if:

1. When I set the 'from' date to some date in the future, and the "to" date is still at its default (today), the to date auto-adjusts to be the same as the from date.
2. The day of week (eg Sunday) shows next to the date fields, so I can tell if I'm accidentally putting in saturday instead of sunday
3. (in the control centre): There are checkboxes to apply the same planned absence to other family members ("also apply this to [x] Jane Bloggs [x] Josephine Bloggs"
