FR: List all notes from a certain period

Sometimes there's a desire to review the pastoral work done in a certain period. For this we would need a page that can show

• all notes that were created during a certain period, OR
• all notes that had an action date within a certain period, OR
• all notes that had comments added to them within a certain period.

Might possibly want to exclude notes that never had any action required. Not sure if our database structure allows us to know this after the fact.
