Mail merge block enhancements

Currently it seems when merging a document (eg DOCX or ODT) a) your template has to be a table to which rows are added b) you have to put tbs:block=row in the first keyword (see docs).

Given (a) it would be good to see if we can make (b) unnecessary - code it in directly somehow.

Also it would be good to make it possible to merge, for example, a page or paragraph. See TBS docs.

This is how TBS works. TBS is not just for documents. It is primarily for XML, which includes HTML. Documents are an extension in that they are compressed XML files. I think (not sure) that you could already use paragraphs and pages - I think it depends on where the tbs:block=row is in the XML.
