Ability to upload and attach files to notes

Feature Request

Please consider adding the ability to attach files to families, persons, and notes.

Use case:

My ministry has pastoral care and counseling, and having the ability to attach various completed forms or documents would be ideal so that we do not have to resort to external linking a storage folder on another server.
