Feature request - Add a field to add an ical personal calendar entry

A simple addition - add a field for each person that can be used to add in an iCal entry for their personal on-line calendar.

Could be used immediately to open a link in a calendar viewer or to allow the user to add the calendar to their own. But potential for future use for integration with meeting scheduler apps etc, or more advanced rostering.

Does the current iCal integration solve this, or is this something different?
