Better listing of user accounts

At the moment on the user accounts page, all accounts look the same. You have to open the account-details page to see what permissions someone has. It would be useful to

• Have a filter on the page "show me accounts that have permission to [xyz]"
• Somehow display a summary of the granted permissions next to each account in the list

Last year we added a visual indicator of permission level. But the filter is not yet done.
