Service doc generation docs need improving

1. the sample file eg http://easyjethro.com.au/demo/resources/sample_service_doc.ott is no longer linked from anywhere
2. it needs updating
3. ideally it'd be good to have a dynamically-generated list of all the available keywords

I'm having a look at this feature for the first time. Are there other congregations still using it? If so I'll try to create some documentation to submit. The things I can't see from the code or the features at the moment are (1) keywords - particularly if it is possible to include all run sheet items including song names, song content, song CCLI... (2) Expand v Populate - I don't understand the difference yet. Any help gratefully received.

I suspect nobody is still using it.

Expand: Start with 1 template, make a copy for each congregation and replace keywords in each copy. Populate: Start with a template for each congregation, make a copy for this Sunday and replace keywords in it.

I haven't used this for ages. Have been thinking about removing it. See how you go.
