Configuring Jethro to use Cellcast

Has anyone tried using cellcast.com.au for SMS? Even after reading their API, and attempting to adjust entries in conf.php (using the examples as a guide) I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? Or where to look for logs. Their api details are here
