Add BackgroundGradient property support to other XF Control classes

The BackgroundGradient property should also be added to the Button, Entry and BoxView controls. See #7 for details.

any work on supporting other controls? I'd suggest prioritizing BoxView to top of the other controls. :)

Hey Mike, I will take a look at the existing iOS/Android BoxView renderers this weekend to make an assessment. I haven't been doing any Xamarin work since releasing XFGloss, so it has been on the backburner unfortunately.
