Have you considered adding sub domains to your Patreon version? Logic for getting sub domains already exist and used with many website like https://subdomainfinder.c99.nl/

Disclaimer: I am not a paying patron of this domains dataset. Nowadays I tend to rely on other feed sources for my personal project like ICANN zonefiles.
