Field Type not displaying

Hi

Thanks for writing this add on plug in. it looks like something I can really use. I'm having issues installing it though. I've tried adding it inside the theme and also adding it as a stand alone plugin but for some reason it's not appearing in the Field Type pull down list in ACF. Any thoughts on where I may be going wrong? I've updated to the latest versions of ACF and Contact Form 7 and I'm running Wordpress 3.8.3.

I'm using it on WordPress 3.9.1 as a theme include and can't see the field type either.

Contact Form 7: 3.8.1 ACF: 4.3.8
