Water Consumption discrepancies

Starting this issue here mostly for myself, but also so others are aware.

I've had some odd events happen occasionally with water consumption, so I need to look into some ways of cleaning up the data and adjusting the internal caps.

Some issues include

  • phantom blips (something less than 10ml)
  • Large spikes (This might be from picking up the base to fill it and it detecting that)
  • misc
