Call to pyvoip and get 486 busy here everytime

What SIP server are you using? This happened to me because my server requires OPTION reply and this library doesn't support it just yet. Essentially my SIP server thinks that the client is unavailable, even though the client is registered. Changing quality frequency to 0 on my SIP server fixed it.

This will also happen if you have not configured the call callback yet.
