Next Developments Priorities

Hi,

This issue is open for discussion and it seeks to a direction at this time fo the next developments.

Please send your ideas about the following items to try to define the next priorities:

1. Creating code tests where appropriate;
2. Search for bugs and develop fixes
3. Develop code to be usable in a some major platforms;
4. Develop some major features found in other web mapping platforms (and which ones);
5. Web Marketing about the project
6. Others...

I would add quick start guide on how to use features to your list. That's why I started the documentation folder. I was thinking we might want that in RestructureText (rst) format -- which is pretty much the.md format but just changing the extension with some minor differences of how you link to other pages.

That will make it much easier to flip into OSGeo Live quick start manual, since their manuals are built using rst.

rst also shows up more or less fine in github. Here are some examples from pgRouting:
