Endless loading state when opening "Modern Properties" on non-SP website

If you open a new tab, open the console and go to "Modern Properties" in the SP.Editor extension, you'll get an endless loading state. Of course it doesn't make much sense to do that on a non-SP website, but it shouldn't bug out either :)
