[bug] The window appears white on Windows

Describe the bug

The window will appear white under the following conditions.

• Enabling unstable feature
• Using wry crate v0.39.4 or higher

However, if you resize the window, it will display correctly.

Reproduction

https://github.com/kanatapple/tauri-beta-19-app I just enabled the unstable feature of the app I created with create tauri-app

Expected behavior

Window displays correctly without resizing.
