[bug] Application page size displays abnormally on win11

Describe the bug

When set computer resolution to 125% on win11，application page size displays very small. My application settled size to 1280*800，but show size is 100*50 actually. Supplement: On win 11, the resolution is 100%, no problem.

Could you maybe provide a screenshot? And if possible a minimal reproduction example.

Also please include the tauri info output as required by the issue template.
