please upgrade the dependency to tauri

the current dependency is =2.0.0-alpha.4 while the latest alpha version is 2.0.0-alpha.9

rendering etauri plugin unusable in the latest alpha release.

is there a reason for that? or you just forgot to change the dependency version? maybe you can remove the = ?
