tauri-docs [docs] Add list of projects built via Tauri

Hey, we work on few Electron apps, and now I discover Tauri.

I read its docs for 10 minutes to overview the idea, but I don't see any real apps built via Tauri that makes me think it is not a framework we should research to migrate from Electron.

It would be nice to add a list with apps built on Tauri on landing site. It would help to build credibility and also it would be cool for those who build with Tauri, since it would gave them some leads, and motivation for other developers to try Tauri.

@timwehrle cute design. I would add list with app categories like any big store does like App Store, Google Play, etc. It would significantly improve a discoverability and will show the use cases immediately, once page is loaded. As i see, the tags is already assigned on the apps, so only thing left is to group and show on landing.

@timwehrle @FabianLars why Tauri do not mention this lists? My first reactions was

Oh, app size with 600kb sounds cool
Why they mention nextjs in frameworks list? Why Vue is recommended? They don't know anything about frontend?
Ok, I don't see any apps, probably it is yet another framework nobody use in real world

My point is the showcases are important to shape the first impression well.
