LaunchAgent Autostart launcher does not work on macOS (sandbox)

Whether it is LaunchAgent or AppleScript, when running in the sandbox, the app has no permissions and cannot be started at boot. Is it possible to consider adding the app to the login item to achieve automatic startup at boot?
