Localstore data deleted in some windows systems after update

I'm using the v2 rc and I save the user's session data in Localstore ("bin") and some users are reporting that after every update they have to sign in again.

I checked and when my app loads it first looks for the data and if not redirects to login.

It's strange because it only happens for some users and not others.

All the user's are using windows os.
