fix cfg format

cargo couldn't parse the file without this

what do you mean with it couldn't parse it? Do you have an error or something to show us?

Not against the PR, i don't like the escaped quotes anyway, just wondering.

yes i was having an error when building this app https://github.com/teamclouday/AndroidMic/tree/main/RustApp. It was in a flatpak environement if that matters, and after the patch, the build works fine... I don't have the error anymore, but it was somtg like, "can't parse the file, espaced caracter or smtg" I also think it's weird

hmm weird, thanks anyways. i don't have any access to this repo though so we'll have to wait for @lucasfernog i think
