Bump leptos to 0.8. Resolve #894.

I'm not sure if this will require a version bump. If so I can include the change as in the readme.

It needs a version bump if you want it to be shipped to create-tauri-app users sooner rather than later. Just a simple changefile like https://github.com/tauri-apps/create-tauri-app/pull/888/files#diff-7eb04d5349f53a75fbc2650a1dc69766a2002c4231f77d503f0bb6cede31445d is needed for that (no need for much text, just say it was updated to 0.8)

How large of a version bump? i.e. Major, minor, patch?
