Develop first draft of lexicon

Overview: The Uli slur list currently consists only of words. In addition to adding new words to the list, the words also need contextual information for it to be better suited for action. Based on desk research and internal testing, we need to develop a draft of lexicon that will be shared with partner organization(s) for feedback.

The tasks to get to the first draft are as follows:

• [x] #281 Go through past publications and projects that have developed and used lexicons on hate speech or gendered abuse to understand the fields proposed.

• [x] #282 Based on Uli needs, and literature review propose the lexicon

• [x] #283 The Uli team uses the lexicon to tag slur words. Improve lexicon based on internal team feedback.

• [ ] Converge on lexicon that can be shared with partner organization(s) for feedback Create documentation with the final lexicon: it should provide the tags as well as the definition of the tags for partner organizations to follow.
