Just a thought for making it easier for the user to easily find the best mirrors, and allow them to better utilize apt-metalink.

Please consider mentioning netselect-apt to find the fastest mirrors available.

It would be nice to have an apt transport method , so that for instance apt-get -f install could use concurrent downloads.
