Elaborate on used prompt

Thanks for this important work in pushing open LLMs forward. You mention, that you deviate from self-instruct in that you add an explicit (fixed) prompt for each and every instruction/input/output pair (i.e. Below is an instruction that describes a task...).

Can you eloborate (here or in the docs) why you chose this prompt and whether you experimented with different prompts? I guess adding the prompt to all examples helps make them statistically much more prominent, when the actual users message starts with the same prompt.
