Hi.

I hope you are having a great new year so far.

I can't make heads or tails of what I am supposed to do to be able to train this application. For example, the README talks about the need for a value in the OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable while https://github.com/tatsu-lab/stanford_alpaca/issues/191 says a key is not required.

The file also says "install the particular fork of Hugging Face's transformers library"; okay, I'm guessing you are talking about a fork of https://github.com/huggingface/transformers but that's a guess.

The rest of the file meanders from topic to topic with no clear delineation along the lines of "here is how you get started", "here is how you train it", "here is how you use it", etc., etc., etc.

Please clarify this file because there is A LOT of interest in using this project as evidenced, if nothing else, by all of the stars and forks. However, if people cannot be onboarded quickly, the project is, by comparison, worthless relative to what it could be.
