Go to the next image?

Is there any nice way to go to the next image (which isn't necessarily a link)?

Sure, we can make a macro like LIST; SEARCH ^Images; SEARCH http and then open them from that list one by one. But may be there's some smart workaround on how to navigate between images while reading the page? A cgi script, or may be some other way?
